When entering any giveaway by Bum Luxury, please make sure you are aware of our terms.
By entering any giveaway, you agree to the following terms:
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
- Must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Free shipping to US residents only. International winners must pay shipping.
- Length of giveaway is specified in each post.
- Entry procedures for each giveaway is specified in the blog. To enter, you must pay attention to the main entry and then you can add additional entries.
- Odds of winning is determined by the number of entries submitted.
- All winners are selected randomly through Rafflecopter. Winner will be notified via email provided.
- Winners have 48 hours to claim their prize after the winner has been announced.
- When entering giveaways, Bum Luxury has the right to obtain winners’ names through Rafflecopter, as well as the right to publicize their names and likenesses
- If potential winner forfeits or does not claim the prize, prize will be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded.
- Liability release (this holds the company harmless in the event that the prize or sweepstakes in some way negatively impacts the winner; this is often done alongside the certification of winner, where the winner must furnish proof of identity, address and birth date to win the prize, and at the same time sign the liability release)
- Sponsor name and contact information (mailing address at the very least, plus email address and/or phone number)
